Protecting Your Power. Protecting Your Investment.
Choosing the right electrical contractor for an RV park or MH community is no longer a routine decision. Aging infrastructure, rising energy demand, and evolving electrical standards mean park owners need specialists who understand the unique requirements of these environments.
Electrical Works was built to serve the outdoor hospitality industry. For more than 30 years, our team has supported RV park and MH community owners, developers, and operators with electrical systems designed for long-term safety, reliability, and operational performance.
From new park development to infrastructure upgrades and system modernization, Electrical Works helps parks maintain dependable electrical systems that support daily operations, guest satisfaction, and long-term investment value.
Built for RV Parks and MH Communities
RV parks and MH communities present electrical challenges that many traditional commercial electrical contractors rarely encounter. Long utility runs, underground distribution systems, phased development, seasonal demand changes, and guest-facing power delivery all require specialized experience.
Electrical Works specializes in this environment. Our expert team understands how park electrical systems perform under real operating conditions, not just how they appear on drawings or pass initial inspections.
This experience allows us to identify risks early, plan infrastructure improvements strategically, and deliver systems that perform reliably during periods of peak demand.
Nationwide Experience with Consistent Execution
Electrical Works serves RV parks and MH communities nationwide with dependable service and execution.
With more than 20,000 RV and MH sites completed and licensing across more than 25 states, our team brings extensive field experience to every project.
Our core services are delivered by dedicated in-house teams. From design and engineering through installation, rewiring, maintenance, and long-term support, Electrical Works manages the full lifecycle of park electrical systems.
This integrated approach reduces handoffs, improves accountability, and helps ensure continuity throughout every stage of a project.
Industry Leadership That Shapes Electrical Standards
Electrical Works does not simply follow industry standards. We help shape them.
Vice President and Master Electrician in over 20 states, Tristan Ciceri, represents the outdoor hospitality industry on National Electrical Code (NEC) Code-Making Panel 7, which governs electrical standards affecting RV parks and MH communities.
Electrical Works’ Director of Business Development, Heidi Doyle, also serves on NEC Code-Making Panel 7 and serves as a voting technical member of the UL TC231 Committee, which develops UL 231, the Underwriters Laboratories safety standard for power outlets used in environments such as construction sites, marinas, RV parks, and MH communities.
This role provides Electrical Works with direct insight into current code requirements as well as emerging regulatory changes. For park owners and developers, this knowledge helps support better infrastructure planning and long-term compliance.
A Long-Term Partner for Park Owners
Electrical Works supports park owners through every stage of electrical infrastructure management, not just installation projects.
Our team regularly assists parks with:
- Electrical evaluations and due diligence
- Long-term electrical infrastructure planning
- Voltage and grounding assessments
- Phased upgrade strategies
- Budget planning and risk identification
- Emergency response and troubleshooting
This partnership approach helps park owners maintain safe electrical systems while preparing for growth, increased energy demand, and evolving electrical standards.
Powering Parks with Confidence
Reliable electrical infrastructure is essential for park operations, guest safety, and long-term property value.
With Electrical Works, park owners gain a trusted electrical partner that understands the unique operational demands of RV parks and MH communities.
