A Valuable Opportunity to Discuss Your RV & MH Electrical Needs

With tens of thousands of RV and mobile home sites wired across multi‑state portfolios, Electrical Works brings a level of specialization and real‑world experience that’s second to none. Meeting face‑to‑face allows us to go beyond high‑level discussions and dive into the specifics of your property, portfolio, or upcoming project, whether that’s due diligence, system upgrades, expansion, or long‑term infrastructure planning.

Meet Tristan & Heidi

Heidi

Heidi Doyle is Director of Business Development at Electrical Works, specializing in strategic growth and partnerships across the outdoor hospitality and manufactured housing industries.

She works closely with park owners and operators on electrical infrastructure planning and compliance, and serves as a voting technical member of UL 231 and a member of NEC Code-Making Panel 7 (CMP-7). Heidi regularly speaks at industry events on electrical systems, safety, and emerging technologies.

Tristan

Tristan Ciceri, Vice President of Electrical Works and licensed Master Electrician, leads electrical infrastructure projects for RV parks and MH communities throughout the United States.

Starting his career in the field, Tristan developed a strong understanding of the electrical trade and the operational demands of outdoor hospitality environments. He collaborates with park owners, operators, and developers to deliver safe, reliable electrical systems aligned with long-term performance and compliance. Tristan serves as a representative of the outdoor hospitality industry on National Electrical Code Code-Making Panel 7 (CMP-7).

Join us in the GMI Compliance Conversation

With the RV industry preparing for major 2026 GMI (Grounding Monitor Interrupter) compliance requirements, now is a critical time for park owners and operators to get ahead of the curve. The 2026 edition of the National Electrical Code introduces new safety standards for grounding RV electrical connections, which can directly impact your infrastructure, liability exposure, and guest safety.

Joe and Tristan are two of the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry on this topic — not just because of their deep field experience wiring RV and MH parks nationwide, but also because Tristan serves as a representative of the outdoor hospitality industry on the NEC Code-Making Panel that helped shape these updates.
